I am working for a desi cunsultant company since March 2004 in New Jersey. Later I have moved to Mass due to new assignment.

Because I have moved to another location, I have asked them to file new LCA and they did. Just yesterday I have noticed that this LCA was expired 1 month ago. This LCA valid was for only 6 months.

I am out of status? what I have to do Now?

But my 485 was filed through my wife's GC process around 8 months back.

I hace received an EAD through my wife's GC process around 5 months
back.

Is 485 & EAD will keep me in safe?
 
What is your EAD expiration date ?
If you EAD expiration date is atleast 90 days from now, then you can apply for EAD renewal and you should be safe.
 
My EAD will expire in March 2006. I did not use EAD yet. What are the consequences for LCA expiration? Do I have take any kind of action for not getting in to trouble.

---------------------- info is not clear. do you mean that when you moved to another location they filed new LCA for new laction and that LCA validity date has expired?

------------------with pending I-485 you are safe but regarding your H1 status and working on H1 talk to your lawyer

Yes. you are right. If I want to H1B what are the consequenses.
