I am in NYC, where will the PERM be filed, Atlanta or Chicago?

Hi,

My company's lawyers just filed my PERM, they have not told me which PERM processing center have they filed at. I work in NYC.

I am new to this immigration process...by reading it appears there isnt a separate processing center for NY, so the closets seems to be Atlanta, would that be a correct assumption?

Also, is there a way I can track the PERM process online - from DOL website?

Where is the company's headquarters located - i.e. the place where you will be working as listed on the petition?

No, there is no way you can track your status online unless your employer creates an account specifically for you on the DOL's website for you to login and check your status. Such action by an employer is very rare.
 
My company headquarter is in Walnut creek, California. Where will be my perm application posted?
