I am in 8th year on H1B and need your Advise!!!!

I have 2 Approved I 140's (1) Eb3 - 2004 from company A and (2) Eb2- 2006 from good company B). I worked for both company’s from day one until I finished I 140's.

Now I am getting good opportunities to work for Company C.

Questions I have here are:

1) Can Company B continue my GC as future employee?
2) What are chances that we get RFE’s for future GC’s?
3) Are there any threads in this forum to read about future GC?
4) Can company C file another I140? Are there any risks filing 3rd I 140 with differnt job and experiences?
5) If we already have any pending I 1485, Can we able to merge any of these three I 140’s to existing I 485 ??

Please GURUS suggest how much risk is there with future GC
Advance thanks for your help !

---YES if they want
2) What are chances that we get RFE’s for future GC’s?
---------------what do you mean by "future GC’s"?
3) Are there any threads in this forum to read about future GC?
------------GC is always for the future job (if not family based) search the threds or read USCIS site
4) Can company C file another I140?
-----YES
Are there any risks filing 3rd I 140 with differnt job and experiences?
--------------NO
5) If we already have any pending I 1485, Can we able to merge any of these three I 140’s to existing I 485 ??
---------------------- you need to post the details of Pending I-485 , the date it was filed and base of I-140 of A, B or C
Please GURUS suggest how much risk is there with future GC

** you may be working on H1 with X and Y can file LC for you then I-140 for you and then you can file I-485 based on Y I-140. GC is for future job.

Advance thanks for your help !

Thanks Ginnu for all your answers.

I know that GC is future job.. But Many people say that If you continue your GC as future job, there will be some risks ... USCIS may ask for pay stubs , W-2 's , etc.., I don't know much what really they ask for company we don't work and they process GC. The company's who process GC job as future can't provide those pay stubs, W-'s , etc.., as they don't run our pay roll. Based on this can USCIS reject GC ?

What other risks we have , if company agrees to continue GC as future employee .
