Hi, Everybody:

I have been working here in the US for 2 years and my company just approved me as the first one to start preparing for filing perm EB3. I have the following questions:

1. How long does it take for me to get certified from the day I start preparing recruitment if everything goes well? I know it takes 60 days after the files are submitted. How long does it take to finish the recruiting process?

2. After my labor is certified, can I filed 140 and 485 concurrently? I am EB3, but not from China, India, or Phillipians. What does retrogression affect me?

3. Am I subject to the EB3 visa availability limit? What does it mean? Does it mean that I will not be able to file 140 and 485 concurrently?

Thanks for your help! I really appreciate your advice!

2 months recruiting + 2 months for PERM

As of July 2005, EB-3 visa number is unavalible for everyone (all countries), It will be available from OCT-05

Being born in Singapore you should be able to file I-140/485 concurrently after OCT-05..
