What letter to INS by attorney? Please explain

Attorney represents the employer. So in case the employment got effected the attorney need to withdraw the representation with the employ from INS files. In that case, by law, attorney need to inform the INS that he will be no more reprsenting the client in the petition. Client can get a new attorney for his represenation.

Eventhough these things don't make any harm, in the present situation , who knows what are the issues which INS sents RFEs.
Getting a new attorney is time and big money.
