i am eligible for H1 Transfer

New Member
Need some advise here,

Currently working for company B with Receipt No, h1 not yet approved, My Visa with company A has expired,B applied H1 transfer only few days before visa expiry(normal process) even though i had started working quite earlier,
Now i wan to shift to another company who is ready to trasfer my H1,
Am i safe to apply for second transfer ,if yes can i apply t'r premium processing this time

Aparently you can

Jim Mills thinks if you have all the paystubs then you can prove that you can skip the current company before your previous hop was completed.
Ask Jim's advice ..

Thanks for the info tt, since i had already started working for company B , i don't have all the slips of company A, & also it's h1/Visa has expired ,

That might be a problem.

How were you working for Company "B" before they applied for an H-1 "transfer"? If you were actually an employee of Company "B" and they had not applied for an H-1 "transfer" you may have been illegally employed and that may haunt you for a long time.

i think my employer B lied to me that he has filed & saying he got some query about missing some document related to the company etc... so the delay,
So he gave me the receipt no after 1-1/2 month, so now i needed some advise with next H1 trasfer for the new offer,should i accept or i have
