Sorry to bother you guys. I have a very complicated question to ask..

I just got my H1B on Oct 1st, and at the same time, I got another job. So I am doing H1B transfer now (It should be filed this week). Last night, I e-filed my husband's H4 application (I-539) based on my current H1B I-797 approval notice. Do you think it will be a problem? As I will start working for the new company 2 weeks later, does it mean my current H1B I-797 approval notice will be invalid after I leave the cmopany? If that will cause a problem, what should I do now?

Thank you very much!!!!!!!!!

----------------if the employer write letter to USCIS to revoke your H1 petition then the H1 of that company will be revoked and your spouse cant be on H4 status based on H1 approval that has been revoked.
No guarantee that your new H1 filed by new employer will be approved. At this time USCIS ask lot of documents from H1 employers and most of H1 cases are getting RFE. Talk to good lawyer not to lawyer who just fill up the forms. I don’t know why you did not join the first employer who got H1 for you. Many play safe and file H1 transfer through new employer while they are working with current H1 employer and once H1 of new employer gets approved then only join new employer.

Thank you very much!!!!!!!!!
