Do we have to submit three copies of (Form IMM 0008, Form IMM 5406) for each person or One copy of (Form IMM 0008, Form IMM 5406, Form IMM 1052) per person? I submitted three copies of only (Form IMM 0008, Form IMM 5406) per person and missed Form IMM 5406 as I got confused with three forms as three copies of the two forms (Form IMM 0008, Form IMM 5406)...

Do I have to send Form IMM 5406 separately or do they return the whole package as it is not complete?

I remembered there were discussions on this, please search within the forum using keyword ( \'imm 0008\', or \'3 form\'). good luck.
