Problem for who? Marital or immigration Problem?

Talk to your lawyer about how to apply 485 for your spouse and when can this be done. She needs to maintain F1 until EAD is approved. Then she can be on EAD.
You can send her 485 application after marriage and a few months after yours is submitted.

I was saying Problem getting 485 approval to both of us.
