And I love this piece of plastic called GC! No hassle at all at POEs of the countries I crossed and entered. I read a few posts here to catch up. The question of going to COP has a lot to do with our age and how much time we have spent here in this country. I didn't even think of going back to COP during my first ten years in the US. I was young, my parents were healthier then. Although I missed my family and friends and the separation was hard on us, going back to visit them was out of question until my parents started having health problems and needed my help. Now I have to make 2-3 trips back home to monitor medical treatment (and pay). For me, the question of having future problems at my citizenship interview because of my travels to COP really has no meaning compared to the question of taking care of my folks.
So, let's all stop fighting about this endless topic on this forum. We all have different time frames, situations, family circumstances and priorities. We all do what we have to do in accordance with our beliefs and values in life. As long as we don't commit crimes, we all will be qualified for citizenship in this country.
