I-94

Hello,

Last year i changed my company and got my visa transferred.
After the visa transfer ,I made a trip to my homeland.On my way back to my homeland i gave my new I-94 at the airport but since i didn't have my new visa stamped on my passport i came back on the old visa.

So i have got an I-94 valid till oct 2003 while as my visa is valid till oct 2004. I don't plan to go back to my homeland before dec 2003.


Do i have to get my I-94 extended to stay in this country after oct 2003 ?If yes whats the procedure for doing that?

I have a photocopy of my I-94,can i apply for the copy from INS on the bases of this photocopy?

Please advise me...

I would be really appreciate your help.

You might be out of status
