Hi,
My I 140 got approved, I am filing I485. In I 485 application form, in Part 3. Processing Information section there is a column, Give your name exactly how it appears on your Arrival/Departure Record(Form I-94). Is this I 94 is the one when I last entered US or the one which I got with my latest H1 approval notice?

Your name is going to be the same

in either case.....
But the one you got with H-1 is current.....

When I first entered US, I have written my first name and middle name together on I 94. My recent H1 approval shows only my first name.
