Hello to everyone out there, I was wondering if anyone has had this experience or could tell me what to do. The thing is i am married to a us citizen for the past 1yr and a few months my question is can i still go ahead and file if i don't have my I-94 but i have the stamp in my passport when i entered the country. My husband has been locked up for some time and he doesn't have the three years tax returns i was just wondering if we get a co-sponsor if that is ok. What are the things that we need to prove that our marriage is bona-fide when we file. We have one child together and we have been together for the past 4yrs.Also what forms should we full out when filing.

Hi:

What is your husband in jail for? Also, as Lucy asked, where you ever issued a I-94 card?

You will definitely need a co-sponsor, but I wonder how USCIS is going to adjudicate the case if your husband is in jail.... Also, what evidence do you have that you and husband are in a bona fide relationship?

Your case, from the little you provided, is laden with explosive...
