I-94 Validity

My application for 7th yr extension is having lack of 3 days. Lawyer suggested me to go Canada/ Mexico and come back after 4 days. I got the visa for Mexico. But the problem is I do not have the Visa stamped in my passport. Only validity is my I-94. Can anyone please tell me if I Fly/ Drive to Mexico and while coming back do the US Immigration will allow me based on valid I-94? or not?--Thanks.

Thank you very much for taking a moment to send me a reply. I am little concerned about my current situation. I do not have the valid visa stamp in the passport, but have the valid I-94. Now I got the Mexican visa. If I visit Mexico for 4 days and while coming back (driving only) does the Immigration can give me any problems? Can I go to Mexico and come back on my current valid I-94 in to US? Please suggest me and help me out in this.

---- I dont know your country of citizenship, read the attached document and find if you are eligible to use Automative visa revalidation, if you are eligible then keep the copy of that document with you or search DOS site for" automatic Visa revalidation and take the printout and read
