I-94 Validity.. Am i out of status

Although my Company's H-1B extension which was approved on March 28, 2003 granted you H-1B status through June 30, 2005, the I-94 card on that approval notice was superceded by the I-94 card I received when I last entered the U.S. on April 20, 2003 (and were granted H-1B status only through June 23, 2003).

Presumably, you were granted only until the end of June since that is close to the date your last H-1B expired.

As a result, Am i technically out of status and what would i have to do to fix this issue right away?

will this affect my GC?..

--- The POE inspector did a mistake or you have not shown the H1 approval notice that is valid till June 30, 2005, he should have given you I-94 till June 30, 2005
go to your lawyer and fix the problem, you can go to local BCIS office to fix it also call up NCSC and ask for the advise or exit US and enter and get new I-94 till 2005
will this affect my GC?..
