I-94 Replacement: Refunds?

Hello everyone,

I filed an I-102 because I lost my I-94, I received the I-979 Notice of Action on May 18th. Today I found my lost I-94 and I was thinking about a refund. Do you guys think that is possible? As you probably know the fee for a I-102 is about 320 dollars, it's a lot of money for me. The immigration hasn't done anything yet, just the I-797...

Let me know anything you know about the case..
