I-94 re-enter to usa

I got 10 years multiple entry visa for USA and 5 year multiple netry visa for CANADA. I am a business man dealing in steel scrap. I was issued I-94 for three month the date was 5th sept,2002. I left usa on 6th of Aug as my deal was over and I have to explore the Market of canada too. Now I got some more deals but to be furnished in usa. and I am planning to go to usa on 6th Sept. but i am afraid that wether i will get a new entry or not? As I searched a lot for any information in this context but failed to get one.
plz help me.

But I think you should be fine, as long as you can prove to the POE inspector that you do have a genuine business reason to revisit US within 3 months of departing US.
