I-94 question: URGENT
Hi,

I have changed my H-1 (four times) since the last time I visited India.
The I-94 card in my passport expired.
Currently, my I-485 AOS is pending and I am leaving US to visit India and return using AP document.

1. Do I need to turn in all I-94 s of H-1Bs I got (bottom portion) along with the I-94 in my passport ?????

2. Do I need to give a copy of my I-485 notice from INS along with the I-94 at the time of departure??

I would appreciate your prompt response.

Consult with your attorney about your current status and make sure everything okay. because they won't let u in if you lost and you don't know about it.

Good luck

at some point i had about three 1-94s. i dont think it matters, but when asked they took two of my i-94s. they just use the I-94 to enter your name into the INS system to say that you left the country on such a date. i dont think it matters which one. maybe turning in the last I-94 might be more suitable since it is the most valid one.

actually i just remembered, all the new I-94s will typically have the same number as the original one. can you check that?

prashant.
