I-94 question old or new

Hi
While applying for AP and EAD I have to give a copyof I-94.

Now the question is I have two I-94's. One that I got while entering the US which expired Nov2002 and the second from my new H1 B exntension.
Which I-94 should I show INS?
Any suggestions will be appreciated
