I left US on Feb 20th. But before departing I found I missed my latest I-94.
So, gave the original I-94 that comes with the H1B extension I-797 notice of approval and a photo copy of the latest lost I-94 (expires June 2006) to the airlines. Both I-94 are different because I re-entered US last time after my last H1B extension (10 days after I got approval). This time when I was leaving US i have gone through US VISIT exit procedure. on Feb 23rd there is only LUD change and no message change on all my cases (i-140, 485, ap, ead, I-140 approved, july 05). I did not receive any communication from USCIS (who knows may be it is lost in mail, i don't know). Also, my H1B 7th year extension is pending with USCIS. Now is it safe for me to re-enter US using advanced parole. will there be a problem at port of entry. or I should wait till July and stamp H1B visa at consulate and come back to US?
Thanks for your inputs.
