I am transferring my H1B from company 'A' to company 'B'. We realized that I-94 for my wife is missing. Her H4 with 'A' is valid till the end of the year.
The new company now applied only my H1 and said will be applying for my wife's H4 after getting the LIN number.
Wondering whether I face any problems in H1/H4 with company 'B', since my wife is not having I-94?
Wondering whether I should apply for re-issuance of I-94 (using form-101) with company 'A'?
