I-94 not returned While filin I-539,How to get it back

Hi
when i applied for a reinstatement of my I-20 i was asked to send in my I-94 with my application.the reinstatement was approved but never got my I-94 back.

How do i get it back.i plan to travel to India in may and return in august.i have copies of I-94.Will my not having the original I-94 pose a problem during re-entry.

The same situation was occured with me and thats is not big deal and dont worry about the just call ur uscis office or go for a walk-in or write them a situation and send a photo copies of ur previous I-94 and they will isue u at the spot, best of luck

i hope you got ur i-94 already. i applied for renistatement too almost two months ago. i got the reciept for the money order but no LIN number yet. how long did your take to get the LIN number and approval ?
