I-94 Needed With Advance Parole????

Hi everyone,
My AOS is pending for approval with the local ins office.I attended an interview for completing AOS with that office & during that process they took my I-94? I have travel plans to India by the end of this month ,soapplied for advance parole,I have to get that approved as well.
Does anyone know whether we have to submit I-94 with advance parole while leaving the country?????
 
Generally you are required to submit your I94 only when exiting USA. You should be stupid to believe about submitting I94 original for any application.
What is the stamp in your passport? if it is the 551 stamp, then you are a GC holder, dont have to fill I94 or submit I94...
 
The officer who did the interview took my i-94,didn't submit the original with any application.still approval is pending so don't have stamp in passport.
 
go to local INS office and demand an I94. Hope you have a copy of I94 to emphasis that your case is a genuine mistake of the interviewer..
However, if you have a valid AP, you are relatively safe
