I noticed that my I-94 slip is missing or lost. Have been waiting for I-485 approval. Reading several messages on these forums it appears that at the time of passport stamping, INS officials insist on the original i-94 slip.
Should I apply for a duplicate i-94 or is it sufficient to produce the updated i-94 that comes with the H1 copy.
Experts opinion greatly appreciated.
