I-94 Issues

Hi,

I got my H1 extension and sent it for stamping to USCIS, I had also sent the new I94 (original right side tear off on the H1 approval) I got my passport stamped but the new I94 is missing. I still have the old I94 with me.

Can somebody tell me if this will be an issue and if yes then what is the solution for this.

Hi,

I had sent the I94 received with extension approval (right side tear off) with the passport for stamping and didn't get it back. Now I have the I94 which was given to me when I entered US 2 years back which has the validity end feb'2004 and the extension approval papers.

Please advice me.

contact DC, where they lost it.
just in case they dont find it, then you will need to file I-102 or I-120 for replacement I-94
