My wife has I-94 issued with H4 when she arrived in to USA. That is getting expired by 31-Mar-2006. Meanwhile, she has got H1 B approval with a I-94 valid until 2007. Now she want to go out of USA, after 31-Mar-2006, for a visit to India for stamping. At airport in USA, while exiting, will they take both I-94 tags ( one from passport and other from approval notice)? Will they verify any information like I-94 numbers?
