I-94 / H4 extension approved

My I-94 and H4 had expired and my husband's company forgot to file my H4 extension. It was 85 days after the expiration of I-94 and H4, that we came to know that I have to file an H4 extension request.

Anyways, extension request was filed immediately on Sept 29th 2003 and I have received my approval on 20th Nov 2003 with no questions asked. It took almost 2 months for me to get the approval. We filed through an attorney.

Hi Vidisha,

Even my wife is in the same situation as yours, my employer didn't apply for my wife's H4 extension and it got expired on 02/25/2004 and i got my H1 approval on 05/04/2004. Please give me the details how you proceeded to get your H4 revalidation done is US without leaving the country and also the attorney's contact details so, that i can get my wife's H4 revalidation done without leaving the country.

Can you elobrate more on additional documents the attorney has submitted for your revalidation and also the fees charged.
