I 94 extension problem

Hi all,

I am applying for a H1 transfer to Employer B from Employer A.I had come to the US on F1. At the POE, I was given a I-94. When I had converted to H1 for Employer A, I received another I-94. But I hadnt clipped it to my Passport.

Now my new employer, Employer B, has filed for H1 Transfer.
1. Since I hadnt clipped EmployerA's I-94 to my passport, should I anticipate any problems in USCIS processing my application for H1 transfer?
2. Would I be getting a new I-94 with my approval notice?

Please advice.

If you attached the H-1 approval notice of company A when you filed for the transfer you will be fine. Do not worry, you will get new I-94 with company B approval.
