I-94 Extension in H1-B

Hi,

I have my I-94 and stamped visa valid till 24th July 2006. I have got change of Employer and H1-B petition extension together till 11 Nov 2007 ( I am continuing to be in US even after 24th July).

Do i need to go for I-94 extension ? I heard that H1-B petition extension itself is good enough and one need not to go for I-94 extension, is that right ?

---------- Did you check the lower right side of your H1 extension approval? it shoud have I-94 attached and should be valid till 11 Nov 2007. if you have the I-94 attached you dont need to extend I-94 it is extended
