I am currently on H1 and it will be expiring on Nov 2, 2006. My I-94 will be expiring on the same date. I have already received my EAD and advanced parole based on my pending 485.
My question is, will it be illegal for me to stay in country after Nov 2, 2006 (after my I-94 expires). I can keep working based on my EAD. Will I need to do anything to revalidate my I-94?
