here is situation:
Working for Employer A

I-94 expiring in 3 weeks

Employer A is submitting extension for me
Employer B is also submitting extension for me (with transfer)

I had to take long unpaid leave due to emergency (in US) so dont have pay stubs. So while I will try to explain to USCIS the reassons for my leave, obviously I understand the petition can be denied. but they both will probably be adjucated by different adjucators?

my question is then, what happens if:
One of them is approved, and the other gets denied?

For example I know if I submitted one extension and it got denied and i94 already expired they will tell me i am not in status and leave US.

But because I have another extension pending. Will they see that I have another extension pending and not ask me to leave? can denial in one petition affect in any way other petition? or for example what happens if one petition gets approved and one denied? Will their system show them that I have another petition approved so i am in status?

Please Advise!!

if both the petitions are filed for you by different employers USCIS will have record of all your Petitions Filed/Pending/Denied. As you dont have Pay stubs USCIS May ask many documents through RFE. It seems that even if USCIS approves your H1 extension or H1 Transfer petition then USCIS may not give you I-94 with H1 approval notice and you may have to go out of US to get H1 Visa stamp(if from India they ask Truckload of documents when going for H1 or H4 visa stamps. )
It seems that you have two lawyers from different companies and you should seek legal advice from them.
