I-94 Expiring -- entered on AP

Hi Guys,
My I-94 is expiring in one week, I entered on Advance Parole. Do i need to get my I-94 extended or do i need to leave the country and come back getting new I-94.

If some body is in the same situation please respond.

--------------- if you are using EAD nothing to be done you are AOS pending status. if you entred on AP and still working with the same employer who filed your latest H1 then use of AP did not invalidate your H1 status and your employer can also file H1 extension.

My H1B has expired long time back and i am working on EAD and AP.

You don't need to extend I-94. You are legal to stay in the country for as long as your I-485 is pending.
