I-94 expires

My I-94 expires in another 6 months and my I-485 is pending. I have EAD. So do I have to take care anything about that I-94?

No, nothing else is required. You are fine. If you need to travel outside US, you need to have an Advance Parole. Carry all copies of Advance Parole with you when you travel.
