I 94 expired but valid EAD and AP

I will be traveling out of the country, first time using an AP, my I94 has expired. Is it okay to travel? Any other documents I need?

Well, you'll need a Passport. :)

You'll be fine. Your AP is your re-entry document. You could also carry a copy of your 485 receipt, but it's not necessary. The officers have all your information on their systems.
