I am in a I-485 status with ND dec 6 th 2000, Got my FP done.

After I got my second 3 year extension on my H1, I send it for H1 Multiple, I got two passports, since one of them reached 10 year limit. Instead of writing June 6 2002(That\'s when my H1 expire) he put in June 6 1999(My first H1 expire)date on I-94 where they put a stamp "Admitted before this day" (something like that I am not sure). Will that cause any problem, while traveling outside US.

Thanks in advance

I couldnt get to know what you are talking about. Restate your problem clearly in simple sentences. So that others can understand and give you the "right" suggestions.

Sorry for the confusion.

I got two Indian Passports, because they don’t extend passports after 10 years I got a new one in 1999.

On my first passport, I got my Multiple H1 with June 6th 1999 expire date, and a matching date on the I-94 which they write at the port of entry.

After my first three years on the H1, I applied for the 3 year H1 extension, I send both old and new passports for Multiple H1 extension with I-94 (which you get at the port of entry the small white piece of paper that they staple to the passport) to US embassy. They stamped the passport with June 6th 2002 expire date. They are supposed to change the date on the I-94 also to June 6th 2002, instead they put June 6th 1999.

According to INS rules my I-94 is expired, but it was screw up by US embassy,

How can I correct this?

Hope I am clear this time

Thanks in advance

Your H1 Approval notice has a lower part that is your record and it is the I94 (piece of paper similar to that one you get at port of entry.)I hope you retain this portion, since this is your copy. You can stapple this with your passport. You don\'t have to keep the I94 which the embassy sent you. I hope this helps.

I agree with Aindian with this. In fact there will not be any "Valid Upto" in the new I-94 you got with the approval I-797 notice.
Anyway, dont worry about that expiry date on the I-94. As long as you keep your visa intact and have all your papers correct I dont think you need to worry about it.

Yes, use the new I-94 (from I-797) when you travel. Keep all document a copy just incase. When you re-enter US. You might get a new I-94 with new date. Don\'t worry.
