I-90 question

after checking my status online .. i got this .. i am a little comfused since theres nothin on the mailbox

Current Status:

On December 28, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

I think you filed I-90 on september with Local USCIS
was the earlier card had some mistake on it? if yes then it was USCIS mistake why did you pay $185?
what is your local USCIS where you filed I-90??

i did changed my address , and did file a change of address yet they still mailed it to the old address , no that message changed again and from what i understand it should change one more time before they mail the card

i had to pay because even tho they made a mistake i lost the card

I filed I90 for my 14 year old during June 2004. I have not received any notice from INS and did not know the number to find the status. Would you please let me know the format of the # like LIN 03-140-52XYZ etc. so that I will try to figure out mine from the back of check.
