I-90 Filed for 14 years - LIN # ?

Hello All,

My situation is peculear. Applied for 1-90 replacement for my son since he touched 14 at Detroit office during June 2004. Never received any communication from INS stating the LIN # etc. When I called INS recently to find the status, the guy told me to contact your bank and get the back of check. Which I did promptly, and however the letters are jammed. I don't able to figure out the exact LIN #. I know, from my previous 485 story that lin contains 3 letters + two digit code for year + Day # + Actual number. Is this going to be in the same pattern or different.

Otherwise, what should I do. Appreciate help in advance.

Try calling the 800 number again. You might be able to get some more information from them. Next thing to do is to take an INFOPASS appnt and go to District Office. If that does not help either, contact your congressman.

Registration Card) to your service center
