I-90 (card never received) at a different service center

Hi All,

My wife's 485 was approved in California Service Center (CSC) and her card was sent but it has not delivered, so we had InfoPass at Los Angeles office to inquiry about the card and they told us that we would need to submit an I-90 (for a replacement card) because it was "never received".

The issue is that we are moving from California to Illinois, so we will belong to Nebraska Service Center (NSC) (right?), so I am not sure how would that work?

- Should we submit the I-90 before the move? Or should we wait till we move then submit it?
- Can we submit before the move (still in California) and then do the biometrics in Illinois?

Your help will be appreciated so much!
