I am the petitioner for my husband, and have only filed taxes for 2012, this is because in 2010-2011, i , under the 1040 of the IRS was not required to file.
Now i am just
wondering if it makes a big difference if i write in question 13b 13b.1 13c and 13c1
N/A or $0???
