I 864 Issue - Sponser 2nd&3rd year income

Hi Gurus,

I am trying to organise all package for obtaining AOS thrrough marriage to US Citizen. I have this doubt on my Spouse's ( US Citizen) Income .

His Income during 2004 is more than 125% poverty line of year 2005.
But during 2003 & 2002 , the Income is slightly less than 2005's 125% poverty
line amount.

Would this create problem? Do I need to get any co-sponser ?

Only most recent tax year’s income is calculated to determine the poverty line.
