I-864 help needed

My husband is my sponsor... but our income this year has not been enough to cover us for the 125% of poverty guidelines....

So, his parents are both individually filling out an I-864A.....

My questions are this:

1) Do we send this clipped together with my husband's I-864?

2) Do they need to be notarized?

3) Do I need to send in copies of their birth certificates? Passports? or Driver's License etc to prove they are who the form says they are?

Any help at all on this would be great!

Thank you!

1. Yes
2. No
3. You need to show proof that they are US citizens or LPR (your sponsors). Either passport, birth certificate or naturalization certificate or green card, if they are PR's. They will need to attach their W-2's and other tax related documents

Also, I think you can combine your in-laws 864 application into 1 (as a household).

Btw, do your in-laws belong to the same household as you and your husband? I think that is a requirement for filing 864A.
