Hi Guys,
I am using my income (H1B) as part of the I-864 house hold income. Lets say I change job during the processing period, what would happen to the application. Do I have to refile I-864.

Thanks

Just makes sure you carry your latest pay stubs. I am assuming your new job pays more than the poverty level.

Thank you guys.

It was just a hypothetical question. I am planning to change, not changed yet.

Also, what if I lose a job and do not find one before the interview?

Thank you KittenKat..

Let me explain my scenario little more clearly.
My sponsor is wife. She just started working this year and makes above the poverty line. Since she did not have income in the last 3 years, the lawyer said, I can be on the I-864 form and use my income as part of the Household income and thus avoiding the scenario of co-sponsor.

So, my question is, since my income is part of the income requirements for I-864. What if I lose my job before my GC is approved. I hope I am clear enough about my question

You are good. As long as your wife makes enough at this moment you have no problem. She'll just bring her latest stubs to the interview. I do remember other people posts in similar situation and they had no problems at all at the interview.
