I am about to fill I-864 for my parents (Both Mom and Dad). I learned that I need to fill two separate I-864 as I filled separate I-130 for them. Up to this point I am fine, but the question came in line 9 on I-864, Question is "Do I need to put my mom's name in 9a?" However, instruction says "Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition" I would like to know it as it may reflect wrong household in section 21. If we do not mention mom's name how to indicate her on section 21. I think I need to indicate her in section 21f by entering 1 OR do I need to add her name in section 9a even though instruction says "Do not include any relative listed on a separated visa petition".
Since, I do not have enough income my husband filling up I-864A for me. Question for I-864A is Do I need to write down my mom's name in section 13 or not?
I am really confused about it and I am pretty much sure people here have similar questions and solutions for that as usual. I hope some one come up and guide me through it. I searched the forum but could not able to find the specific information. Thanks in advance for your help..
