Hi, we're just finishing off our AOS forms and wondering if we have to pay the $70 filing fee for the I-864?
The Sponsor is my husband and I am residing in the US with him... We will be sending all forms to the Chicago Lockbox tomorrow.
The I-864 is included in the I-485 bundle. So if we do have to pay, do we just include the extra $70 check along with the $1010 for the I-485 etc?
