Hello all,
It is a pleasure to be part of this forum, I have read through many of the postings and couldn't find an answer to my question and was wondering if any of you could assist.
My husband (American Citizen) and I have placed our forms for Family Based Green card. We were recently married and I used the outline in the forums to submit my entire packet. Everything has gone smoothly so far except I recently received a RFE for our I-485 application form. I have listed the exact letter below, but it looks like they are requesting some kind of proof to work authorization. I am a student on an F1 visa and we included my income on the affidavit of support. I have legally worked in the country on campus for 20 hours or less each semester per the guidelines. What information would be needed to send in for the RFE as I have already submitted my I-94 and tax returns.
Thanks for all your help.
