I-864 Affida. Sponzor Please Help

MY wife and four old boy will have interview in jun 2006 for I-485.Im supost to be sponsor but because I have 4 hause hold I dont make powerty for 2006 (25 000 $).But my Wife work and I dont know can I use her incom and can she sign form I-864A because she and child need to be sponsort?They are now on V1 and V2 visa.Please help me
 
Dear friend who try help me Im very confused about this I-864A because when I called ucsis represenativ said to me this,your wife cant sign I-485 because she is not permanent resident yet and she need to be sponsort.I tray check by uscis web page but i find something what i realy cant understand because my Englisch is not 100 % very good.thank you but still I dont know can I use my wife incom with my incom to sponsort her and my boy

aldin, I assume you are a LPR as your spouse and kid are on a V visa?

If you did not get an RFE, you dont have to worry about it yet and if you think the combined income of you and your wife meets/exceeds the requirements and you plan to include her income, then your wife should complete I-864A and be ready with this document if asked during the interview.

Ignore the USCIS customer support as they most of the times dont know what they are talking.
