Hi!
New guy here!
We had our taxes done early and have our refund. We were only going to send in 2003, 2004, 2005 taxes because we read somewhere that if it's before April 15th, the prior year taxes aren't required. The only reason we were going to exclude 2006 is that we filed as married (she's a USC and I'm here on a TN visa) and we're not sure if the 1040 should go with her I-864 or my I-864A or both? (we're also using my income toward the poverty line amount... she's EXACTLY $387 SHORT!!!)... or both?!?!
We are filing "The Works" (I-485, I-765, I-130, I-131, I-864, G-325s) on March 15th!
Any advice or feedback on this would be appreciated!
