It has been 30 days and I haven't receive my approval notice mail.
Anyone knows how long does it take to get the copy after file I824 form?

Most of the service centers are processing Dec 2004/Jan 2005 applications. However, you should have received your application receipt notice already.

Arty717, I also didn't get my I140 approval notice for 60 days.
So I have filed 824 yesterday. As of now in CSC they are looking @Dec2004.
So wait for 3-4 months....

Even after approval if one is unlucky this is the case.
