I-824-How to read CSC JIT

Can anyone tell me how does one read the JIT report for CSC- I 824. My 485 was approved in January (PD 07/99, RD 9/00, Approval 1/01) and was lost in the mail.

My attorney has filed I-824 with CSC and the latest CSC dates are::

824 DIVI vacant vacant
824 DIVII 99-159 05/12/99
824 DIVIII 98-159 02/27/98

What exactly does this mean?

I am in a similar situation. My attorney has just filed an I-824. In my case, the attorney didnt receive a copy either, CSC mailed both copies to me.

Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with lost approval notices?
