I-824/ CP ONLY for dependant

Hi Gurus,
My I-485 is pending & I am applying consular processing ( New Delhi ) for my wife ( dependant ).

I have already applied for I-824.


1) Generally, how much time it takes for I-824 approval ( Nebraska Centre)?

2) What is the step after I-824 is approved? Any form that needs to be sent to NVC?


I am going through CP archives. PLease help & send me any updated link/information in this regard.

I'm not sure if Delhi accepts AC140, but if it does, then on the rct. of 824, you can progress the case. Check the forum.

2) After 824 is approved, it should be regular CP steps.
